Book this appointment if you have sore, tight or aching muscles and need some relief fast. This treatment may include both cupping and gua sha along with infrared light therapy.

Ear Seeds (No Needles)

This is a great service for anyone that doesn't love the idea of receiving treatment with needles. (**For those who prefere ear needles, we have several options available**) We use 24k gold (or titanium) ear pellets (also called ear seeds), applied with clear medical grade tape.
